The CLEAR journal is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and integrity. We adhere to the principles outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and ensure that all published work is original, properly cited, and free from misconduct.

Author Responsibilities:

  • Authors must submit original work that has not been published elsewhere.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of their submissions.
  • Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest and acknowledge sources appropriately.

Reviewer Responsibilities:

  • Reviewers should provide objective, constructive reviews in a timely manner.
  • Confidentiality of the review process must be maintained.
  • Reviewers should disclose any conflicts of interest.

Book Reviewer Responsibilities:

  • Authors of book reviews must provide fair, accurate, and balanced evaluations of the works under consideration.
  • Reviews should avoid personal bias and focus on the scholarly merits of the book.
  • Any potential conflicts of interest, such as personal or professional relationships with the author(s) of the book under review, must be disclosed.

Editorial Responsibilities:

  • The editorial team commits to fair, unbiased, and transparent peer review.
  • Editors will handle submissions ethically, maintaining confidentiality and avoiding any misconduct.
  • Any allegations of ethical issues or misconduct will be investigated thoroughly and addressed appropriately.

Malpractice and Fabrication:

  • The journal does not tolerate plagiarism, data fabrication, or falsification.
  • Allegations of misconduct will be investigated, and appropriate actions, including retraction if necessary, will be taken.

Conflict of Interest:

  • All parties involved in the publication process must declare any potential conflicts of interest.
